Melbourne’s Mexican and Tex-Mex places sit mostly along North Wickham Road and on South Babcock Street near Florida Tech. Downtown has Taco Dive on East New Haven Avenue.

How we made this list. We started with OpenStreetMap records inside Melbourne’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, and added restaurants from the state’s restaurant inspection records. We checked each place against its own website on Oct. 10, 2026. Places marked “no website found” are here because the state inspected them at that address between July and October 2026. Viera and Suntree addresses with a Melbourne mailing address are outside the city and are not listed, and food trucks are left off. The list is alphabetical. Chili’s Grill and Bar on North Wickham Road is the Melbourne location of the Tex-Mex-leaning grill chain. Its page lists pickup, delivery and dine-in, a weekday happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m. and a margarita of the month.

Chipotle Mexican Grill on North Wickham Road, near Mariah Drive, serves burritos, bowls, tacos and salads for dine-in, pickup and delivery. Another Chipotle on West New Haven Avenue is in West Melbourne.

Del Taco on Sarno Road is part of a fast-food taco and burrito chain. Its page lists drive-thru, dine-in, takeout and delivery.

Delicias Conchita on North Wickham Road is a Mexican snack shop. Its menu lists elotes and esquites, prepared pork rinds, nachos, crepes, and Mexican ice cream and paletas.

Taco Bell on North Wickham Road lists a drive-thru that stays open until 4 or 5 a.m., the latest hours on this list. Its page lists tacos, burritos, quesadillas and nachos.

Taco Dive on East New Haven Avenue is the Melbourne shop of a small Florida taco chain with locations from Melbourne to Palm Beach Gardens. Its page links to online ordering and gift cards.

No website found. El Indio Restaurant on South Babcock Street, El Sombrero Mexican Cuisine on Stack Boulevard, Fiesta Azteca on North Wickham Road, Fiesta Azul Tequila House on Evans Road, Salsas Mexican Restaurant on North Wickham Road and Sergio’s Tacos on Lake Washington Road have no website of their own that we could find. Flying Burro’s own site would not load on Oct. 10. The state inspected each at the address shown between July and September 2026. Call or check before you go.
