The Ascension patch benefits the Scout units that run it. Its remaining special events this year:
- Monday, Oct. 26, 3:30 to 9 p.m.: extended hours
- Monday, Oct. 26, 6 to 8 p.m.: pumpkin carving and knife safety, $20 with one pumpkin; Scouts teach knife safety first
- Thursday, Oct. 29, 3:30 to 7:30 p.m.: costume day
Emmanuel’s page lists hours “beginning 10/12” and a special event on “Sunday, 10/19” without a year. Oct. 19 is a Monday in 2026, so those dates appear to be last year’s. Call the church at 321-254-0010 before you go.
